My account is expired but I know I’ve paid my bill through the apple store.

In order for your billing cycle information to refresh you must enter the Gabriel app on your iOS device. We recommend that our customers enter the app at least once a month to avoid seeing your account “expire” when you’ve actually paid your bill. If you account is still showing as expired then your may need to force quit the app and restart it again. If you continue to see that your account is expired, please reach out to Gabriel Support for further assistance.

Instructions to Force Quit an App on iOS

  1. On an iPhone X or later, or an iPad with iOS 12 or later, or iPadOS, from the Home screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause slightly in the middle of the screen. On an iPhone 8 or earlier, double-click the Home button to show your most recently used apps
  2. Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.
  3. Swipe up on the app’s preview to close the app.
